For events up to 30 guests (pax): Hire is 5 hours total, which includes:
1 hour setup (before event)
3 hours event time
1 hour teardown & cleanup (immediately after the event)
For larger events: Hire is 7 hours total, which includes:
1 hour setup (before event)
5 hours event time
1 hour teardown & clean-up (immediately after the event)
Additional hours can be booked at an extra charge.
More than 21 days before the event: Full refund
8–20 days before: 50% refund
7 days or less before: No refund
No-shows or early departures: No refund
Full payment is required to confirm all bookings.
Yes, background music is permitted at a residentially acceptable level. However:
No DJs, Microphones or large sound systems are allowed.
Noise must not disturb neighbors.

Yes. Our staff are only present to oversee the venue. They do not serve food, clean up, or wash any catering equipment. Please arrange your own serving and clean-up staff.
No, the venue does not supply cutlery, crockery, or catering equipment.
Washing of catering items or utensils is not allowed on-site.
You will be asked to immediately lower the sound. If noise complaints persist, the venue reserves the right to end the event. Any municipal fines or penalties are the responsibility of the booking party.
No. All guests use the venue and its facilities at their own risk. The venue is not liable for injuries, accidents, or theft.
Yes, you may bring your own catering, food, and beverages. However:
No cooking, braaing, stoves, or open flames of any kind are permitted on-site.
All cooking of food must be done off-site.
Bain maries may be used on-site to keep food warm.
Washing of catering equipment is not permitted on-site.
A booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been paid and our Terms & Conditions have been accepted in writing.
